Leor Ceder has a long successful track record in capital raising transactions in equity and debt for a wide scale of institutions in the developed and developing markets. Leor’s latest position was a Managing Director at Goldman Sachs International where he ran the Securities Division’s business in Africa, Turkey, Israel and Central and Eastern Europe. Prior to Leor’s 10 year career at Goldman Sachs, Leor worked at Deutsche Bank in Israel specialising in corporate finance and risk management. Prior to Deutsche Bank Leor worked at Credit Suisse in New York managing multi-billion dollar Fixed Income portfolios for Fortune 500 companies. Leor is a graduate of the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, where he received his MBA with a major in Financial Engineering and Risk Management. Leor received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Interdisciplinary Center in Herzliya, Israel. Leor is based out of Israel.
Mihajlo Misha Tomic joined Sycamore Capital from Goldman Sachs International where he was responsible for the Central Eastern European Cross Asset client coverage. His role included origination of structured financing and derivative risk management mandates as well as maintaining high level client relationships on a daily basis. Prior to joining Goldman Sachs, he was an Inter-dealer Emerging Markets Credit Broker for BGC Partners. Mihajlo graduated from the University of London, Cass Business School, holding a Bachelor of Science in Investment & Financial Risk Management.
Alan is a UK qualified Solicitor and an Israeli Advocate. Following qualification in the UK while with Freshfields, Alan worked for 8 years as a senior adviser and member of the drafting and strategy formulation teams on various agreements within the framework of the Israel Palestinian peace process, including representation at the Camp David Summit in 2000. Alan then returned to the private sector, working as a solicitor in the Finance Department of Clifford Chance followed by legal counsel roles with entities engaging in emerging market projects. Alan graduated from the University of Cambridge with an LL.M and received his LL.B. from the University of Leeds.
Eliana joined Sycamore Capital as Head of Operations. Eliana previously worked for Restoration Partners which helps and advises growing companies, mainly startups, raise equity and change strategy. Her past experience also includes Sales assistant in a structured product desk, Junior Analyst and PR&Marketing. Eliana holds a B.A. in Business Administration specialising in Financing and Risk Management from the Interdisciplinary Center Herzliya.

Gil Holzman has a track record of over 14 years in managing public and private companies in various sectors: logistics, transportation, and mining and energy companies (throughput Israel, Africa, East Europe, and Latin America). In past years Gil managed a diversified holdings portfolio comprising of large scale public TSX, AIM and LSE companies in the fields of copper and cobalt mining, logistics & services, oil exploration and energy. Gil is the cofounder of GP Minerals Ltd., and Mafuta Oil and Gas Ltd., and he currently serves as the President and CEO of Eco (Atlantic) Oil and Gas Ltd., which is listed on the Toronto Venture Stock Exchange and on AIM. Gil has profound knowledge and experience in global financial markets, the commodities markets, developing countries’ business sphere, and a vast international network. Mr. Holzman holds an L.L.B (law) a B.A (finance) and M.B.A (marketing and finance) from the Interdisciplinary Center in Herzliya, Israel.
Ahal Besorai is the owner of the legal law firm Besorai Law, as well as the CEO and owner of the Nanotech company NanoFixit. Prior to NanoFixit, Ahal started ForeFront Capital Partners Limited a privately owned entrepreneurial corporate finance and investment boutique with a main focus on frontier markets. Prior to ForeFront Capital Ahal was the managing partner of a leading telecom company offering connectivity services to emerging markets. The company was the 22nd fastest growing company in the UK for three years straight. Ahal also qualified as a solicitor at Watson, Farley & Williams. Ahal holds a BA and MA in Law from Cambridge University and is a graduate of the Harvard Business School Presidents’ Program. Ahal is also a member of the Young President Organisation since 2001 and a prior London Chapter chairperson.
David Palumbo is the Founder and Managing Partner of Origen Capital LLP, a private investment office representing family offices and private consortia in Europe, CIS and Latin America. David has over 14 years track record in all aspects of deal structuring, ranging from advising private clients about asset protection structures to raising capital for major infrastructure projects.
